Why do you require an assessment?
Our recruiters will match you with companies based on your sales ability, customer service skills, speaking skills , comprehension, computer skills, the quality of your Internet connection, literacy, availability, and flexibility.

How long does it take for my profile to be approved?
Our team reviews your profile and approves them typically within 3-4 business days.

Do I have to pay to find work with SellX?
Nope! Our recruiters are here to make sure you are matched with the best company possible and so everyone is happy. It’s FREE to create a profile and be matched with a campaign!

I have some friends that would make great reps—is there a referral program?
Yes! You can receive $10 for every agent referred that fully completes a profile and gets approved to join a campaign.

What should I expect from the calls?
SellX agents make and take calls for a large variety of industries and products, which vary with each campaign. Review the Campaign you are offered to learn more about the call types available, and and the hours of operation. Once you’re setup as an agent, you can expand and explore additional opportunities that appeal to you.

Do I have to work from my home?
No, you have options. Independent agents can work from any location that includes a quiet location with no background noise, a desktop/laptop, headset and high-speed internet connection. SellX does not provide office space for independent agents.

Can I live and work from other countries?
SellX only contracts with individuals and businesses located in the United States at this time. Please note that providing false information about where you are actually providing services from, will result in termination of your Independent Contractor Agreement.

Do you require a background check?
Since independent sales agents handle sensitive information from customers and serve as the brand ‘representative’, the background check is an important component of the offer to our clients, and is standard in the work-from-home industry.

How do I get paid?
SellX pays its agents as Independent Contractors, each agent is personally responsible for withholding and paying their own taxes each year. We report all agent earnings each year.

Can SellX Terminate my contract?
There are no minimum login requirements to remain active with SellX although some individual campaigns have minimum call requirements to remain active on that program. If an independent agent breaches the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement, SellX may terminate the contract in its sole discretion.

May I work for someone else while I work for SellX?
Absolutely. As an independent contractor, you have the freedom to pursue other work while providing services to SellX clients. Our goal is to provide our clients with access to reliable, professional independent agents. Independent agents are expected to honor the times they agree to provide services to clients.

I am a former SellX agent. How do I reactivate?
Accounts are only deactivated after six months of inactivity. If your account has been deactivated, you will simply need to reapply. SellX does not contract with former agents whose accounts were terminated due to breach of contract.
